For all loans, the guarantor(s) must be good financially with demonstrable income, proportionate net worth and liquidity for loan request. For purchase loans, the guarantor(s) must have 30 to 40% in the deal in the form of cash and equity and have an exit strategy. We fund cash flow properties that are income generating assets.
